Central topic “Water surfaces of planet Earth” – part III

Since we discovered why sea water is salty, we started “painting” using salt. We spread the salt over a black paper, poured the salt from one hand to another, felt it on our palms, and spread it over the paper, which created black and white patterns (we played with our sense of touch, smell and taste).
We used coloured ice to leave traces on paper. That was especially fun! Half way through, we had to rub our hands together to keep them warm.
